And there are things we don't know that we wish we did, and there are also things we do know that we wish we didn't..."...as we know, there are known knowns; there are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns; that is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns — the ones we don't know we don't know."
Donald Rumsfeld
The High Price Of Parenthood is one of those you know, but you don't really know, and when you do really know, you really wish you didn't...er, know.

This hedgerow jelly is practically free to make and is fabulous when served with rich oily meats and game such as lamb, goose, duck and grouse. Use a little along with red wine and shallots to make a base for a sauce. Alternatively, serve cold with farmhouse cheddar or handmade English blue cheese.
